Using the routine

What order do the three products go in?

Toner, then serum, then moisturiser. Thinnest first, richest last. A water-light toner spreads over damp skin and sinks in; a serum is slightly thicker and needs somewhere to sit; a moisturiser goes last because part of its job is to stay on top.

How much of each?

A cupped palmful of toner in two thin passes, two or three drops of serum pressed in with your palms, and about a pea-sized amount of moisturiser spread thin. Start to finish it takes about ninety seconds.

Morning and night, or just one?

Both, in the same order. In the morning, follow with sunscreen — in Indian daylight that is the step doing the most work. At night the third step can be a little more generous.

Do I have to wait between steps?

No. Each one goes on while the last is still slightly damp, which is what lets the next layer spread and sink in. Waiting for a layer to dry works against it.

Can I use just one of them?

Yes. Each product works on its own. If you are starting with one, start with the toner — it is the step that makes everything after it absorb.

Can I use these with my existing products?

Yes, following the same thinnest-to-richest rule. If you use an exfoliating acid or a retinoid, introduce it separately from a new routine so you can tell which product is doing what.

Skin and safety

Should I patch test?

Yes, especially if your skin is sensitive or reactive. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and leave it for 24 hours before using it on your face.

Are these suitable for my skin type?

All three are formulated for all skin types. The moisturiser is the one most likely to feel rich in a humid Indian summer — many people use it only at night in those months and daily once the weather turns.

Are they cruelty-free?

We do not test on animals at any stage, from ingredient to finished bottle.

What if I have a skin condition?

Our products are cosmetics: they are made to hydrate, soften and sit comfortably on skin. For anything that needs treating, a dermatologist is the right call.

Shelf life and storage

How long do they last once opened?

Use each product within the period-after-opening shown on its packaging. Keep them closed, out of direct sunlight, and away from a hot bathroom windowsill.

Where are they made?

All three are manufactured in India. The manufacturing licence number and full ingredient list are printed on every carton.

Orders and delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order delivered within India, with no minimum order value.

How long will my order take?

Usually 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, depending on where you are. You will get tracking details once your parcel is with the courier. Full terms are in our shipping policy.

How can I pay?

All orders are prepaid, through Razorpay — UPI, debit and credit cards, and the other methods shown at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Only before the order is dispatched. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot redirect it, so please check your address and phone number before paying.

My parcel arrived damaged, or the wrong item came

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the parcel and its contents, and we will arrange a replacement. See our return and refund policy for what is covered.

Do you ship outside India?

We ship to a number of countries at a flat international rate shown at checkout. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient.

Discounts

How do I use a discount code?

Enter it in the discount field at checkout, or in the cart before you check out. One code applies per order.

Can I use a code more than once?

Each code can be used once per customer.
