Koziva is a small Indian skincare brand built on one three-step routine: prep, treat, seal. Three products, because three is the number we could make well and the number most people will actually reach for on a weeknight.

OUR APPROACH
The ten-step routine that made Korean skincare famous began as a menu — cleansers, essences, ampoules, sheet masks, sleeping packs — assembled by people who enjoy the assembling. We make the short version, for the evenings when skincare is a habit rather than a hobby.
Most of what a routine does sits in three moves: put water back into the skin, give it something worth holding onto, then slow down how fast it leaves. So we make those three, and we make them well enough to be worth finishing.

HUMIDITY, HARD WATER, SUN
A routine designed around a Seoul winter behaves differently through an Indian August. Here, skin does better with light layers than with one rich cream: water-based first, sealed last, with enough slip to spread over damp skin in a bathroom that is already thirty degrees.
That is a comfort argument rather than a medical one, and comfort is what makes a routine stick. The routine you keep doing is the one that does the work.
THE ROUTINE

PREP
Water-light, straight after cleansing while skin is still damp. Rice ferment filtrate is a long-standing Korean and Japanese ingredient, used here for plain lightweight hydration. 100 ml.
TREAT
Snail secretion filtrate is humectant-rich: it holds water against the skin, and layers under a moisturiser with the lightness of a gel. 30 ml.
SEAL
Birch sap is a watery plant sap, so this closes the routine with a light finish that holds the first two steps in place. 50 gm.

Our products are cosmetics. They are made to hydrate, soften and sit comfortably on skin. For anything that needs treating, a dermatologist is the right call, and we will say so.
INGREDIENTS
When we write about an ingredient we say what it is and how it has long been used. If we ever have evidence of our own, that is the day we will start citing it.
